David Hall
LEAD PASTOR
Pastor Dave has been in ministry for 34 years and ministers in a way that is unique for today’s modern church. He writes, “My eyes were opened at 18 years old in a jail cell. God has blessed me and I’m grateful for His much needed patience with me, since I am still under construction. I’m also grateful for the Body of Christ, where I see the love and grace of God daily. I’m amazed that though He knows me, He loves me.” Cathy, his wife of 34 years, assists by overseeing women’s ministry and plays a vital part in the life of Reveal.

EXECUTIVE PASTOR
Pastor Tye has been in ministry for over 25 years and was the Lead Pastor at Calvary Chapel West Boca before joining the Reveal Team. He has a passion for God’s Word and His people and desires to help everyone grow deeper in their relationship with God. He loves teaching the Bible and helping people grasp God’s Word and get set free from strongholds. Tye and his wife Lori have 4 adopted kids and were foster parents for 15 years. Tye had a previous career as a professional trumpet player.

Michael Little
FAMILY PASTOR & TECHNOLOGY
Pastor Michael oversees youth, young adults, sound and technology. He has been in ministry for over 20 years. He is married to Rachel since 2007 with 5 wonderful kids. He oversees our Children's, Youth and Young Adult Ministries. He has a love for people, music and raising up disciples. Contact Michael for anything related to family ministry.
DR. NORMAN WISE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF LIVING WATER COUNSELING
Pastor Norm’s life verse is Isaiah 61:1 and, since 1972, it has guided him to provide Holy Spirit directed healing of broken hearts and homes. By the grace of God, Pastor Norm has helped thousands of individuals and families to find comfort, reconciliation, freedom, and fulfillment in their lives through the ministry of prayer and the Word of God guided by the Holy Spirit. It is his privilege to be called to use his gifts at Reveal Fellowship during the “fourth quarter” of his life and he hopes to always provide to each person what the Lord desires.

DAN SALVESEN
PASTOR OF CARE
Pastor Dan has “come out of retirement” to join the staff part-time as Pastor of Care. Dan and his wife, Nancy, recently relocated to South Florida after 45 years of ministry in New York, Oklahoma and Minnesota. They have five grown sons. Dan oversees the small groups at the church and supplements pastoral care as needs arise.
Scott Durance
PASTOR OF MISSIONS
Scott has been in missions ministry for over 40 years. He has been all over the world preaching the gospel and has also preached in the inner cities. Scott has been involved in several church plants. Ultimately, he has a heart to reach the lost and dying world. With a servants heart, he yearns to see broken people come to Christ.

CARE MINISTRY
Cathy has gifts of compassion and mercy that the Lord uses to nurture those who are hurting or struggling. She serves alongside her husband, Pastor Dave, and oversees women's ministry, care ministry, and staff care.
TONY ARMOUR
DISCIPLESHIP PASTOR & SERVICE OVERSIGHT
Tony has a passion for evangelism and discipleship. He helps oversee men’s ministry and coordinates the Acts 29 communities. He also helps with service oversight and parking ministry. Tony has the heart of a servant.
MIKE PETTY
DIRECTOR OF REVEAL SCHOOL OF MUSIC & COMMUNICATIONS; ASSOCIATE WORSHIP LEADER
Mike Petty has been a passionate worship leader and songwriter for over 15 years and it is his strongest desire to see people draw closer to God through worship. He is originally from upstate New York and moved to Nashville years ago to pursue music ministries. While in Nashville, he toured with several artists as a drummer, keyboard player and background vocalist in Christian and Country music. In his spare time, he loves doing anything outdoors whether it’s fishing, boating, hiking, or traveling to the beach. He and his wife reside in Palm Beach Gardens.
KAREN RUSIN
MINISTRY ASSISTANT
Karen has been in ministry over 15 years and faithfully holds together the administrative side of Reveal and is a get-it-done gal. Without Karen, this ministry would be missing a vital piece. She is truly outstanding in what she does!
JOSH HALL
R-KIDS MINISTER
Josh oversees R-kids and Awana ministries. He has been in ministry for over 10 years. Josh is passionate for all kids to know that God loves them and wants a relationship with them. He is married to Jordan Hall and they have two sons. Please contact Josh if you have any questions or you would like to join the children’s ministry team.
KAREEN DOS SANTOS
CHILDREN & YOUTH MINISTRY ASSISTANT
Kareen faithfully serves as our youth and kids administrative assistant. She also helps with graphic design, communications, and the worship team. Passionate about artistic expression, Kareen loves to sing and write songs and poems. She also dreams of touring the world as a music minister! Her deepest longing is to see hearts and minds healed by God and for people to walk in who God created them to be.
JESSIKA ROY
R-KIDS ASSISTANT
Jessika has a love for teaching God’s children and sharing the gospel to them. She has been serving in R-Kids ministry for a few years. Jessika was a public school teacher and collegiate professor and has a master’s degree in vocal performance. She currently teaches voice and piano lessons at Reveal School of Music. Jessika loves being a resource to parents in walking along side training up their children in the Lord.
Bianca MOSSIAH
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Bianca has dedicated most of her adult life to social work, but her true passion lies in ministry and connecting with people. With a heart for those who are hurting and broken, she has served in various areas of ministry, from prison outreach to feeding the homeless. Bianca's love for music and singing is evident in her daily life, as she can often be found lost in song, humming to herself. She expresses this passion by serving on the worship team, where she feels a deep connection to God through music. Bianca's ultimate desire is to see people set free and experience the transformative power of God's love.
TRISTIAN NEGRON
FACILITIES & YOUTH LEADER
Tristian is passionate about the next generation and desires to see them become on-fire disciples of Jesus that make on-fire disciples of Jesus. They are truly special and it is a privilege being able to work with the youth! Tristian also takes care of the building and makes sure it's nice and dandy for Sunday mornings.
Mary Bellamy
FIRST IMPRESSIONS AND MISSIONS ASSISTANT
Mary's heart has always been for the marginalized and disinherited. She has dedicated her life to aiding the broken on their plight to wholeness. Mary has a Cross Cultural Degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University where she studied Missions and Education. Mary joins the Reveal Family as an assistant to the Mission's Pastor and serves with the First Impressions Team.
