The purpose of 777 is to dedicate one week to remove distractions, quiet our minds, and listen to the still, small voice of God. It is a time to fast from whatever may distract you from sitting in God’s presence and hearing His voice. For many people this means fasting from social media, news, tv, video games or other distractions. Many will choose to fast from food or dessert or other sacrifices as well.
