Mission’s Statement: Missions exist because global worship does not.

The mission of God is grounded in the theological and biblical understanding of who God is.  God’s glory is supreme which entails that missions is not our ultimate goal, but glorifying and worshipping God is. Missions will not remain forever, for when Jesus returns, missions will cease but worship will always be. Therefore, worship is the goal of missions, therefore we temporarily engage in missions until the return
of Jesus. We as the ministry of Reveal are focused on equipping the saints for the work of the ministry (Ephesians
4:11-12). Part of this equipping is focused on the Lord’s Great Commission (Matt. 28:18-20) and how we can be a people who are actively being the hands and feet of Jesus to the community around us. Some of the ways we are impacting our community are outreach every third Sunday, AWANA, Lord’s Lunch (feeding the homeless), Saturday outreach,  Pro-Life Ministry (prayer walks), Prison Ministry, Missions trips, and Evangelism and Outreach. These are some of the outreach ministries we as a body feel the Lord has burdened our hearts for.

Reaching the lost and saving souls

With that being said, it is a part of our goal to reach the lost and save souls through this worship. Through being the hands and feet of Jesus we are heavily concerned with those who have not heard the gospel or even those who the gospel has been poorly exemplified. Our hearts cry out and are burdened by those who do not know Jesus Christ as their Lord. Therefore, it is our goal to build missions trips that are centered around building relationships with those who live in the field. Through our relationships with missionaries and churches worldwide, we are able to not only send people but provide financial support as well.
